A Confirmation may only be used by the person whose name(s) appears on the Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your Confirmation if payment for any accommodation(s) is/are rejected by your bank or credit card company. In the event that a resort or other accommodation becomes uninhabitable due to a natural disaster, we will not be liable for any resulting cancellations and no refund of any amounts paid by you will be made. If the accommodations which you confirmed become unavailable due to natural disaster, act of God, civil unrest or any other reason beyond our control, you waive any and all claims against us.
